Here I'll write about whatever is on my mind and chronicle my journey to build a life here in Washington. Since I started this over a year ago, I have met one of my important goals. I started a full-time job in January after struggling in part-time unreliable jobs teaching in local community colleges. This is a transition into a new career direction. I am working in a customer service call center. Now I am planning and saving money to get a place of my own. I am also continuing to seek and pursue God's purpose for my life. In this transition, I feel I've lost some of that purpose and wonder about what I'm doing back here in Washington; besides being with my famliy, that is.
I started putting my new entries at Blogger so that I don't use up all the space available here. It also makes posting entries a little bit easier.
Here is a picture of the Snake River from my brother-in-law's road trip.
Here are pictures from the Tall Ships Festival in Tacoma over the July 4th weekend.
Here are pictures from a day trip to Mt. Ranier on Memorial Day weekend 2005
Here are pictures from the Oregon Coast Weekend 2004. Just scroll down past the Apple Cup entry. If you are a Cougar, of course you have to read the Apple Cup entry.
November 10. I used the audioblogger to record a voice entry. I couldn't do that before. Listen to me talk about my day and read a fun poem, The Naming of Cats by T.S. Eliot.
